Great watch. This will served as guidelines for most educators and students strengthening moral values and critical learning. Some people who are expecting a baby are noticing it getting in the way of purchasing a home. This could really open up a can of worms for lenders, because a baby is not a dependent until it is born. Now, if you tell a lender you won't have the income you currently make because you plan on having a child that is a whole different story. There is a fine line though; it isn't discrimination due to pregnancy if you state that in a few months you'll no longer have income to pay the loan. The lender is simply trying to keep you from living off of installment loans with a new baby.
